Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at service@clockshun.xyz.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped or a shipping confirmation has been sent, we are unable to cancel the order.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective item, damaged item, wrong item, or an item with a quality issue, please contact us within 30 business days after the delivery date.

To help us process your exchange request, please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer an exchange, replacement, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 business days after the delivery date, which means the date your package was delivered or signed for.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with the original packaging and tags, if applicable.

Some customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. This may include products made with custom names, numbers, initials, logos, special designs, or other personalized details.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Online Purchases

Purchases made on clockshun.xyz must be returned through our online store only.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at service@clockshun.xyz with your order number and reason for return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please pack the item carefully to help prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned packages are properly shipped and traceable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, service fees, and other shipping-related charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective item, damaged item, or wrong item.

If the return is caused by our error, we will provide a suitable solution after reviewing the issue.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
